SHIPPING


Free shipping on all domestic sunglasses orders.  Just select the ‘free-shipping’ option at check-out.  Delivery time is 1-6 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at 1-866-698-8777 or e-mail us at customerservice@framelot.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.    FrameLot.com cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees.

FrameLot.com does not offer exchanges.  Instead,  we ask that you place a new order.  Please follow returns instructions below.

REFUNDS



Refunds, under the following terms:

1.  You must return the product in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of receiving it.  No refunds will be issued for products returned after 30 days.  While we want you to be happy with your purchase, in all fairness, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

2.  Product must be in its original condition and packaging (certificates, case, lens cloth etc).

3.  International orders are considered final at the time of purchase and will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Process for RETURNS:

1.  Contact us at 1-866-698-8777 or e-mail us at customerservice@framelot.com and let us know about your purchase. 

2.  We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label via stamps.com.  Print it out, stick it on the original box, and send it back.

3.  You will  incur a 15%  re-stocking fees and please note shipping fees are not refundable and a flat rate of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund when you use the pre-paid shipping label we provide for you. If you choose to use an alternate carrier, lost shipments/ tracking are not the responsibility of FrameLot.com.

EXCHANGES

 

Free exchanges, under the following terms:

Process for exchanges:

1.  Contact us at 1-866-698-8777 or e-mail us at customerservice@framelot.com and let us know about your purchase. 

 

2.  We’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label via stamps.com. 

3.  Print out the label, stick it on the original box, write the RMA number on the label, and drop it in the mail.

4. We will ask you to replace your order on FrameLot.com. 

5. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund.   If the prescription lenses fitted for the originally purchased frame match the new frames and can be used in newly placed order, a full refund will be issued for the frame and prescription lenses.  If the prescription lenses do not fit the new frames, FrameLot will apply 75% of the original purchased price of the lenses to the new order by issuing a 25% refund.  In other words, the original and new frame must be the exact same size and shape to get a full refund on your prescriptions lenses.   Please note shipping fees are not refundable and a flat rate of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund when you use the pre-paid shipping label we provide for you.  If you choose to use an alternate carrier, lost shipments/ tracking are not the responsibility of FrameLot.com.

REFUNDS



Prescription eyewear purchases are considered special orders and are therefore non-refundable.  The only option for a customer not satisfied with their prescription eyewear purchase is to follow the exchanges process outlined above.

In the unlikely event that FrameLot.com fills an inaccurate prescription, new lenses will be made and shipped at no additional charge.

International orders are considered final at the time of purchase and will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Contact Lenses



SHIPPING


Free Shipping only applies for contact lens orders over $99.  Just select the ‘free-shipping’ option at check-out. Delivery is 1-6 days.

For returns, the customer assumes cost of shipping contact lenses back to FrameLot, in addition to a 20% re-stocking fee.  Refunds will only be issued for unopened contact lens packages.
