Refunds, under the following terms:
1. You must return the product in its original condition for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. No refunds will be issued for products returned after 30 days. While we want you to be happy with your purchase, in all fairness, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
2. Product must be in its original condition and packaging (certificates, case, lens cloth etc).
3. International orders are considered final at the time of purchase and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Process for RETURNS:
1. Contact us at 1-866-698-8777 or e-mail us at customerservice@framelot.com and let us know about your purchase.
2. We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label via stamps.com. Print it out, stick it on the original box, and send it back.
3. You will not incur any re-stocking fees but please note shipping fees are not refundable and a flat rate of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund when you use the pre-paid shipping label we provide for you. If you choose to use an alternate carrier, lost shipments/ tracking are not the responsibility of FrameLot.com.
