We understand that the process of purchasing eyewear online is very different than in an optical store. That's why we will give you the information you need to ease the process. We also have information tabs along the way to help you in understanding your prescription, your lenses and your frames. And if all else fails, we have a staff of experienced opticians ready to pick up the phone and help you through the process. Buying eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses online doesn’t have to be difficult!
We are not discounters, we have simply lowered the markup on our frames and lenses to make it more affordable to our online shopper. We've also inlcuded free prescription plastic lenses with the purchase of our eyeglasses; further lowering the price of a complete pair. We offer most brands of eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses available on the market. The frames and contacts are the same as the ones you would have purchased in the store. Our frames all have manufacturer’s warranties because they are 100% authentic. We do not and will never carry knock-off frames.
The prescription lenses we offer are equivalent if not superior in quality to the ones you get in an optical store. More than likely, the quality is better because we believe a better product equates to better vision quality and a happier customer. In our experience, it is much more time efficient for both us and the customer if we get it right the first time so that is what we strive for. In the rare event that you are not happy with your purchase, our 30 day return/exchange policy will fit the bill.
Regarding turn around time, most prescription glasses will leave our office within 5-7 working days. Sunglasses, contacts lenses, and non-prescription glasses are even faster. Our delivery charge is always free.
